  1. Either the name RTEKSPAD.ZIP or the version including
  2. name, eg RTKSP108.ZIP, can be used at the sysops or
  3. distributor's discretion.

  5. R-Tek Scratchpad v1.08 may be freely distributed (subject
  6. to the restrictions below). Distributors should first
  7. contact R-Tek Software at the address below to be sure
  8. they have the most recent version of the program!

  14. In all cases, distributors must identify the software as
  15. shareware and explain the term shareware so that users
  16. know the software is copyrighted and that an additional
  17. fee must be paid if they use it.  This explanation must be
  18. displayed so that all distribution disk buyers have the
  19. opportunity to read it.

  21. Distributors must stop distributing copies of the R-Tek
  22. Scratchpad upon written notification from the author.

  24. None of the files that comprise R-Tek Scratchpad may be
  25. modified in any way and must all be distributed together.
  26. R-Tek Scratchpad is not to be distributed with any
  27. additional file or files that modify or eliminate its
  28. built-in shareware nuisance registration incentives.

  31. $15 US - see orderfrm.wri using Windows Write or Wordpad
  32. for additional details.

  34. Registered users will receive the current version of the
  35. R-Tek Scratchpad on a 3.5" HD diskette that will include a 
  36. key file to remove the nuisance registration incentives.
  37. The key file will continue to function with any
  38. maintenance updates to the scratchpad until its next major
  39. revision. Registered users will also receive the printed 
  40. quick reference guide to the scratchpad (a 36 page booklet).
